By the end of the first session your AI knows your role, your voice, and where the lines are, and you publish your first version of your AI resume.
You’ll learn how to:

Set preferences, boundaries, and expectations

Evaluate and improve AI-generated work
Finish Session 1 with: A trained AI project in your own voice, and the first live version of your AI Resume.
Session 2: Skills
Repeatable work should be a skill. By the end of Session 2
You’ll learn how to:

Identify and extract your communication style

Build a reusable voice skill

Add examples, preferences, and brand context

Session 3: Connections
AI becomes much more valuable when it helps you do real work consistently. You'll connect a real tool, scope one recurring task worth automating, and set the review boundary that keeps you in control of what goes out the door.
You’ll learn how to:

By the end of this session you'll connect your tools and automate or schedule a repeatable task
Session 4: Deploy & Graduate
In the final session, you’ll bring everything together and turn your experiments into something you can continue using.

Finish your landing page showcasing your AI proficencies.

Create a plan for maintaining and improving your system

Train Your AI Employee is a hands-on cohort for professionals and business owners who are ready to move beyond experimenting with AI.
Each session includes one hour of guided instruction followed by one hour of live building.
You’ll learn a concept, apply it immediately, and leave every session with something tangible.
You don’t need to be technical.
You don’t need to know how to code.
You do need to bring a computer, your paid subscription to your AI, a willingness to experiment, and a real task or problem you want AI to help you solve.
